Peter began working with MEDSEEK in 1997 as part of the sales division and has dedicated his entire professional career to the improvement and transformation of health care utilizing information technology. Consulting and forming valuable relationships with executives at hundreds of healthcare organizations over the last 16 years, Peter has attained a unique insight into the challenges facing hospital and health system leaders. As the president of MEDSEEK, he uses this knowledge to provide strategic guidance and leadership to build a foundation upon which the company will continue to grow and expand as the industry undergoes dramatic transformation.
As CEO, Peter has strengthened MEDSEEK's reputation as a market leader and created a competitive, high performance company culture dedicated to 100% client satisfaction. Under Peter's leadership, MEDSEEK has been recognized in prestigious award programs such as Deloitte's Technology Fast 500, Inc. Magazine's Inc. 5000 List and Healthcare Informatics' HCI 100, all based on annual performance and revenue growth.
Prior to joining MEDSEEK, Peter played on the ATP Professional Tennis Tour for two years. Peter graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in International Business.
Dale Edwards, MBA
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Dale is responsible for achieving MEDSEEK’s revenue and growth objectives through strategic oversight of the client and new business sales organization, sales operations and marketing.
Dale’s background includes over ten years of high performance in a variety of revenue-focused roles at MEDSEEK, including direct sales, business development, marketing, sales management and as general manager of the MEDSEEK Predict analytics division.
Dale attended the University of South Alabama on a full scholarship where he earned a Master of Business Administration. Following graduation, Dale played professional soccer in South Africa, England and the U.S. for six years.
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Lindstrom is a 20 year veteran of financial and operational leadership. Immediately prior to joining MEDSEEK in 2013, he spent six years as Corporate Controller at EPIC Systems in Madison, Wisconsin, during which time the company revenue grew from $400M to $1.5B.
A Certified Public Accountant, Brian has previously served as Finance Director at Schneider National, Finance Manager at Intel Corporation, Operations Auditor at Kimberly-Clark and Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen.
Brian holds an MSIA degree from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management and a BS degree in Accounting from Bradley University.
Marc GuthrieSenior Vice President, Delivery Services
Marc Guthrie has over 25 years of hands-on and technology leadership experience across a variety of industries, including healthcare.
Prior to joining MEDSEEK in May, 2012, Marc founded ComFrameSoftware Corporation, where he served as President and CEO from its founding in 1997 until late 2010. At that time, the business was acquired by NWN Corporation and Marc became Vice-President of NWN’s Application Development Services practice. During that time, Marc focused not only on growing the company’s domestic operation, but also on establishing an international presence for the company, opening an office in Beijing.
Marc is actively involved in the technology community having served as a member of the executive committee of TechBirmingham, as a board member of Nashville Technology Council and on the Birmingham Business Alliance Board of Trustees.
Senior Vice President, Engineering
Tim Blackmon is a technical architect and project manager that has acquired significant business skills through many successful entrepreneurial ventures. He is a technologist with skills in both business and finance, a combination that has produced success in growing and stabilizing technology companies. He is experienced in distributing responsibility and accountability, allowing for scalability throughout organizations using metrics and controls.
Tim has project management skills specializing in iterative development as well as software delivery expertise using OO technologies (J2EE, C#) and Agile methodologies (AgileUP, Scrum, eXtreme).
Prior to joining MEDSEEK in 2013, Tim served in previous roles at ComFrame Software Corporation as COO, CTO and EVP of Global Delivery, Senior VP of Engineering at Emageon, Vice President of Software Solutions and Services at NWN Corporation and Senior Architect at Bearcreek Technologies.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science / Engineering Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Dr. Venkatesh Ravirala, PhDSenior Vice President, Analytics
Venkatesh is an expert in advanced business analytics, strategy, planning-delivered enterprise optimization analytics and technology/data architecture. He has provided leadership and consulting services to top tier companies and generated over $400M in incremental value for the following industries:

- Healthcare: Kaiser Permanente

He earned a PhD in Engineering with Decision Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Shaun L. Priest
Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts & Business Development
As Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Business Development, Shaun Priest oversees MEDSEEK's relationships with clients, partners, affiliates and third party solutions. Shaun's extensive background includes 9 years with MEDSEEK and more than 20 years of experience in management, sales, business development, marketing, support and healthcare information technology implementation.
Prior to joining MEDSEEK, Shaun held Vice President positions with Eclipsys, Omnifuse, and ValiMed by CDEX. He also held sales and implementation positions with Cerner and Meditech. Shaun Priest graduated, with honors, from Providence College in Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Senior Vice President, Sales
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Don Soucy is a member of MEDSEEK’s executive leadership team and is responsible for all new business eHealth ecoSystem sales efforts in North America. Don has spent his entire 20+ year career in the healthcare information technology industry in sales, leadership and executive capacities.
Prior to joining MEDSEEK, Don was a Vice President of Sales for McKesson’s Clinical Connectivity business. He previously held sales and management positions at SoftMed (acquired by 3M), StorCOMM and Lanier. During his extensive career Don has worked with many of the leading healthcare organizations in the country. Don has also been a featured speaker at several healthcare conferences, including the California Health Information Association (CHIA) and the IPA Association of America (TIPAAA). Don is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Vice President, Human ResourcesAs Vice President of Human Resources, Patti is responsible for directing the Human Resources and Corporate Services departments and for developing policies and programs to provide an employee-focused, high performance culture.
Patti has over 20 years of Human Resources Management experience with the majority in the healthcare industry. Patti began working with MEDSEEK in 2008 as Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in January of 2010.
Prior to joining MEDSEEK, Patti's extensive background includes Human Resources Management roles with The Home Depot, Cerner, VitalWorks, and the American Cancer Society.
